3.1 All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (if applicable), unless otherwise stated.
3.2 International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges. 
3.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods provided. 

4. Shipping & Delivery 

4.1 We ship within New Zealand and internationally.
4.2 Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and courier delays.
4.3 Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the courier/postal service. 

5. Returns & Refunds 

5.1 We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) for purchases made in New Zealand.
5.2 If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. 
5.3 We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Limitation on Use of Products
